INNOVA CONNECT helps hospitals detect and monitor health care utilization and revenue increases related to community outreach events. Data collected at the events, including the participants’ names and contact information, are provided to sponsoring hospitals to facilitate follow-up by hospital staff. Patients determined to be high risk can be referred to appropriate physicians for coordination of care. This data is combined with hospital data to track utilization of health care services by the event participants.
