About Us Management Team

David Ott

David is a proven entrepreneurial leader with more than 20 years of executive level leadership in the health insurance and managed care industries. He has a track record of success in organizational change management ensuing from mergers/acquisitions and new business entity creation. David also has extensive corporate strategy experience resulting in consistent growth in revenue and profitability while achieving sales and operating synergies.

David is a partner of Red Card Systems, Inc., a healthcare marketing and information technology management company. David has been CEO of several managed care companies and has held a number of senior executive positions in large healthcare organizations. David was most recently Senior Vice President of Business Development for WellPoint Health Networks, Inc. and the CEO of HealthLink, Inc., a provider network company and assisted in the successful merger of HealthLink and RIGHTCHOICE Managed Care, Inc. David created HealthLink CompManagement, a certified workers’ compensation managed care organization, serving more than 2 million regional workers. David has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.

 

Bruce Gosser

Bruce has an extensive background in Healthcare and Healthcare Management spanning over 35 years.  Prior to starting Innova Health Solutions LLC, Bruce was a health care executive within WellPoint, Inc., the largest health insurance company in America.   Within WellPoint, Bruce was general manager of the HealthLink, Inc subsidiary.  He served in this role for nearly ten years and gained valuable exposure to large self-funded benefit plans and the pressures of fully-insured plans in the Blue Cross companies of WellPoint.  In this capacity, he managed sales, marketing, strategy, business development and network development across four regions, including 13 states and Washington DC.  For the final three years of his tenure, Gosser was responsible for company profitability with more than $125 MM in annual net revenue.  During his ten-year term, HealthLink expanded into Arkansas, Chicago and Northern Illinois, Texas, the Mid-Atlantic markets and Kentucky.  Gosser was a leader in the integration of two separate networks into the HealthLink program.  In an earlier three-year period from 1984-1987, Mr. Gosser was the first employee of HealthLink, Inc. and served as the Director of Operations managing the finance, network development, operations and IT development for the company.
 
Prior to HealthLink, Bruce led the development of a state-wide, physician sponsored health plan in Kansas from 1995-1998.  From 1987-1995, Gosser held senior management positions within BJC Healthcare.  These positions include: Vice President Managed Care and V.P./Administrator Christian Hospital NW.  In his provider role, he developed the first managed care division for BJC and its predecessor, the Christian Health System in St. Louis.  Bruce organized physician IPA networks, a mental health network and led the early planning and development of the BJC Medicaid HMO in Missouri.
 
Bruce holds a Master of Health Administration degree from Washington University School of Medicine (1983), a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, Wake Forest University (1975), a Master of Divinity from Phillips University (1972) and a B.S. in Business Administration from Truman State University (formerly NE Missouri State College, 1970).

   

Diana Baumohl

Diana has 20 years of extensive business strategy and planning experience, working with C-level executives through first line managers, leveraging a broad range of management skills and experience in the healthcare industry. Diana held a variety of executive management positions at Express Scripts, Inc., one of the largest pharmacy benefit managers in the United States, for 15 years. These roles included Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning, Vice President of Information Systems - Finance, Vice President of Corporate Procurement, Vice President of Strategic Planning and Investor Relations and Vice President of Strategic Planning and Product Management for Curascript, a subsidiary of Express Scripts. Diana holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

   

David Gosser

David brings to Innova a wide range of knowledge and experience.  His past industry experiences include Real Estate, Retail, and the Beverage industry.  Most recently, David worked as a marketing and administrative assistant with real estate agents in Malibu and Venice, CA.  In his last position, he built a successful online marketing campaign to create daily referrals for the agent.  This position also involved work as a commercial leasing agent in which he worked with several small businesses to negotiate and contract office leases.  He also represented property owners and successfully leased the office spaces in their buildings.

Having a degree in Business Marketing with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship has taught David the skills required to succeed in the business world.  One of his greatest achievements has been winning third prize in the Leeds School of Business, Business Plan competition at the University of Colorado.

   

Rob Hubert

Rob brings a strong business and technology background to Innova, he was formerly the Chief Information Officer for Elite IT Services, Inc, a company he co-founded in 2002. He has a strong background in the business of Information Technology Solutions Management and Consulting Services. Rob developed and implemented Elite’s Information Technology Strategy, Engagement Delivery Process and Talent Management Process that included the careful selection of the best consultants for Elite's client’s projects.

Rob is an expert in Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery models and Electronic Health Records. Always current on technical innovations and trends, he brings a unique perspective to Health Information Technology and significant level of expertise in service oriented architecture, application integration and enterprise information technology architecture.

He continues to be a technical leader bringing practical solutions and advanced innovations to clients. His technical expertise stems from his 25 year career in Information Technology, which includes a 12 year tenure at A.G. Edwards, Inc., where as VP of Technology Integration Services, he implemented new technologies and managed a team of highly skilled technical resources responsible for creating infrastructure and applications to support the firm’s business operations. As his career progressed at AGE, he became the Manager of the Integration Services team responsible for Enterprise Application Integration and Middleware Technologies across all platforms.

Rob started his IT career in 1986 at May Department stores as a Computer Operator. He worked his way through the IT Enterprise, from Application Developer to System Programmer, on to Manager of the Integration Services team at A.G. Edwards. Rob has continually held positions of increasing responsibility, he holds an AAS in Information Technology from Southwestern Illinois College.
